For safety-critical parts such as forks, handlebars, rims and load-bearing frame structures, final production is based on confirmed drawings, structural requirements and third-party testing where required by the target market.

Material grade, lot reference and cure date are documented per project. We can use Toray-origin prepreg when required and available, or Japan / Taiwan / China-origin equivalent prepreg based on the project budget and certification requirement.

An inflatable bladder is placed inside the carbon fiber layup. During curing, internal pressure consolidates the carbon against the mold wall, creating a hollow structure with consistent wall thickness.
