Carbon Fiber Composite Material Hot Pressing Molding Process
Our factory employs an advanced carbon fiber hot press process with a P20 steel mold, ensuring high efficiency, precision, durability, and cost-effectiveness for quality production.
We manufacture carbon fiber parts for the KTM 1290 Super Duke R, Super Duke GT and related Duke platform models. Our production covers standard OEM replacement parts, wholesale supply, private label orders, and custom mold development for motorcycle parts shops, tuning brands, distributors and race teams. For a full overview of what we produce, visit the China Carbon Fibers factory website.
Finish options include gloss clear coat, matte clear coat, 3K twill weave and plain weave. We support both prepreg dry carbon and wet carbon vacuum bag processes depending on the part and order requirement.
We are a carbon fiber composite parts manufacturer with over 28 years of experience in OEM, ODM and custom carbon fiber production. We supply motorcycle parts shops, tuning brands, distributors and custom project customers in Europe, North America, Australia and other markets. You can learn more about our facility and production background on our About page.
For KTM carbon fiber parts, we support both existing mold production and custom tooling development. Before any quotation, we confirm the bike year, part list, finish requirement and quantity — this reduces fitment risk and avoids unnecessary tooling cost on both sides.
The following parts are available from existing molds or can be produced as custom items. Fitment should always be confirmed by bike year before ordering, as KTM bodywork and mounting points vary between model generations.

If a part you need is not listed here, send us the bike year, part name and photos of the area. We can check whether an existing mold applies or whether custom tooling is needed.
KTM 1290 Super Duke R bodywork and mounting points differ between production generations. The table below gives a general guide, but exact fitment should always be confirmed before production or shipment.
| Model | Year Range | Parts Typically Available |
|---|---|---|
| KTM 1290 Super Duke R | 2014–2016 | Front fender, sprocket cover, side panels, upper side cowl |
| KTM 1290 Super Duke R | 2017–2019 | Front fender, sprocket cover, side panels, upper side cowl |
| KTM 1290 Super Duke R | 2020–2023 | Front fender, front fender tip, tail fairing, rear hugger, side panels, sprocket cover |
| KTM 1290 Super Duke R | 2024–2025 | Front fender (front part), fitment confirmation required for other parts |
| KTM 1290 Super Duke GT | 2017–2024 | Front fender, side panels and selected compatible parts |
| KTM 1290 Super Duke GT | 2025+ | Front fender front part; fitment confirmation required |
| KTM 990 Duke | 2024+ | Front fender front part; fitment confirmation required |
Because KTM bodywork and mounting points may change between model years, we recommend confirming the exact bike year and sending photos before quotation or production. This avoids fitment issues caused by mid-cycle changes KTM has made within the same model name.
We can produce KTM 1290 Super Duke R carbon fiber parts using different composite processes depending on part requirements, order quantity and budget.
Prepreg Dry Carbon / Autoclave Process Pre-impregnated carbon fiber fabric is laid into the mold and cured under controlled heat and pressure. This process produces a higher fiber-to-resin ratio, lower part weight and a more consistent surface finish. It is suitable for high-end visible parts where both weight reduction and surface appearance matter — such as tail fairings, seat cowls and upper fairing panels.
Wet Carbon / Vacuum Bag Process Dry carbon fabric is hand-laid with resin and cured under vacuum pressure. This produces a durable part with good surface finish at a lower production cost. It is a practical choice for parts where weight is less critical or where budget constraints apply — such as rear huggers, belly pans and frame side covers for street use.
Compression Molded Carbon Fiber Suitable for production runs requiring consistent output and efficient cycle times. Typically used for smaller or simpler-geometry parts.
Custom Mold Development If no existing mold is available for the part you need, we can evaluate production based on an original OEM sample, 3D scan data or STEP/STP file. Mold cost is the main upfront investment for new custom parts.
For all visible carbon fiber parts, the following options are available:
UV-resistant clear coat is available for visible exterior parts, especially for parts exposed to direct sunlight. For parts with prolonged direct sun exposure, we recommend periodic reapplication of a UV-protective carbon fiber sealant.
We supply motorcycle parts shops, online retailers, tuning brands and distributors who need a reliable carbon fiber parts source for KTM models. Beyond the KTM 1290 Super Duke R range, we also produce parts across a wide range of other makes — browse our full carbon fiber motorcycle parts catalogue for other models. Our OEM and wholesale service includes:
For resellers and importers, we can provide photo documentation of completed parts before shipment.
If the part you need is not covered by our current mold inventory, we can evaluate custom production. This applies to motorcycle parts, as well as other product types — see our custom carbon fiber development range for examples of what we have produced for other customers. To start a custom development inquiry, please provide one of the following:
For custom parts, mold cost, sample lead time and per-unit pricing depend on part geometry, size, mounting structure and finish requirements. We will provide a full breakdown after reviewing your reference material.
Each part goes through inspection before packing. Our standard process includes:
Pricing depends on part type, mold availability, process, finish and order quantity. For existing mold parts, we can provide sample and batch pricing after confirming the exact bike year and part list.

We have molds for a number of KTM 1290 Super Duke R and Super Duke GT parts. Send us your bike year and part list and we can confirm what is available from existing tooling.
Yes. We can evaluate custom production based on an original OEM sample, 3D scan data or STEP/STP file. Mold development cost and lead time depend on the part’s size and geometry.
Dry carbon (prepreg autoclave) uses pre-impregnated fabric cured under controlled heat and pressure — the result is lighter, with better fiber consistency and a more refined surface. Wet carbon (vacuum bag) uses hand-laid fabric with resin and is more cost-effective for street parts or budget-sensitive orders. Both processes can produce the same weave pattern and clear coat appearance.
Yes. Standard options are gloss clear coat and matte clear coat, available across both dry and wet carbon processes. We can also discuss other surface treatments depending on the part.
Yes. We support motorcycle parts retailers, distributors, tuning brands and online sellers with wholesale supply, OEM production and private label packaging.
Bike model and year, part name or reference photo, finish preference, and quantity. If fitment is uncertain, photos of the original part or mounting area help us confirm compatibility before production.
Yes. Custom labels, logo placement and private packaging are available for bulk and OEM orders. Discuss this when submitting your inquiry.
Yes. We ship worldwide by express courier, air freight or sea freight depending on order size and destination. DDP shipping can be discussed for larger orders.
For parts from existing molds, sample production is typically 10–20 working days depending on order quantity, finish and production schedule. New mold development requires additional time — we will provide a specific timeline after reviewing your files or sample.
We do not carry out motorcycle fitting here. Parts are produced and inspected against mold reference and original part dimensions. For custom or first-run parts, we recommend the buyer trial-fits a sample before approving batch production.
