Custom Triumph Carbon Fiber Motorcycle Parts

As a carbon fiber motorcycle parts manufacturer in China, we manufacture custom Triumph carbon fiber parts for aftermarket brands, motorcycle parts distributors, tuning shops, racing teams and private label accessory suppliers worldwide.

We use both “carbon fiber” and “carbon fibre” throughout this page because customers in the US, UK, Europe and Australia search using different spellings. Both refer to the same material and the same products.

Triumph motorcycles cover naked sport bikes, supersport models, modern classics, adventure motorcycles and power cruisers. Because each Triumph model has different bodywork geometry, mounting points, heat exposure zones and styling requirements, carbon fiber parts should be developed according to the exact model year, installation position, finish requirement and production volume.

We support OEM/ODM production using dry carbon prepreg, wet carbon vacuum infusion, forged carbon and carbon/Kevlar composite weaves. Development can start from STEP/STP files, original plastic samples, engineering drawings, 3D scan data or detailed reference photographs. For an overview of our factory background and capabilities, visit our about page.

Carbon Fiber Grades and Weave Options for Triumph Parts

Selecting the right carbon fiber specification affects fitment precision, surface quality, long-term durability, heat resistance and the final visual result. Here is what each option means in practice.

Fiber Tow: 3K and 12K

3K carbon fiber — each bundle contains 3,000 individual carbon filaments, producing a tight, fine weave with the high-definition diagonal or grid pattern associated with premium motorcycle parts. 3K prepreg is used for visible bodywork: fairings, tank covers, belly pans, fenders, fly screens and seat cowls.

12K carbon fiber — 12,000 filaments per tow produces a coarser visual texture and can be used for larger or more functional components where a bolder carbon appearance is acceptable, such as chain guards, heel plates and exhaust heat shields.

Weave Patterns

Twill weave (2×2) — the classic diagonal carbon pattern, most widely associated with premium carbon fiber parts. Available in 3K and 12K.

Plain weave (1×1) — square grid pattern. A crisper, more technical appearance popular for race builds and riders who prefer a visual alternative to twill.

Forged carbon — randomly oriented short carbon fibres in an epoxy matrix. Produces an organic, irregular marble-like pattern, visually distinct from conventional weave and increasingly specified for custom and limited-edition builds.

Kevlar composite weave — carbon fiber combined with Kevlar (aramid) fibres, available in standard Kevlar (yellow), blue Kevlar and red Kevlar. Provides improved impact resistance versus pure carbon and a distinctive two-tone appearance. Commonly used for parts with higher contact risk — heel guards, fly screens, handguards and number plate brackets.

Dry Carbon / Prepreg and Autoclave Curing

Dry carbon prepreg is the preferred process for high-quality Triumph parts where consistent wall thickness, stable fitment and surface quality are important. The prepreg material — carbon fiber pre-impregnated with epoxy at a controlled resin ratio — is cured using autoclave equipment under controlled temperature and pressure conditions.

Compared with traditional hand lay-up or open-mould wet processes, prepreg autoclave processing provides better resin control, lower void content and more consistent laminate quality across production batches. This is the process we use for fairing panels, tank covers, seat cowls, front fenders, rear huggers, fly screens and heat shields.

Wet Carbon / Vacuum Infusion

Wet carbon or vacuum infusion is a cost-effective option for larger decorative parts, smaller batch production and projects where budget flexibility is a priority. It produces a genuine carbon fiber laminate with useful strength and stiffness at lower tooling and production cost than full prepreg autoclave work.

This option suits aftermarket brands that need reliable carbon fiber appearance and performance with more competitive pricing.

UV-resistant clear coating is available for finished parts and is recommended for all exterior motorcycle applications.

For left/right symmetrical parts and large visible panels, we can discuss weave direction alignment before production. Consistent weave orientation across matched panels is a detail that matters for professional-grade bodywork kits.

Model-Specific Coverage

Triumph Street Triple Carbon Fiber Parts

The Street Triple is one of the most active platforms in the Triumph carbon fiber aftermarket. We support both the 675 and 765 generations through existing tooling where available, or new tooling development from samples, 3D scans or CAD data.

Triumph Street Triple 675 (2007–2017)

Parts include: belly pan, front fender, rear hugger, exhaust heat shield, lower chain guard, upper chain guard, heel guards, swingarm covers, V-panels, fairing trim, number plate mount, sprocket cover, tank pad. The lower chain guard shares attachment geometry with the Daytona 675 from 2013 onward.

Triumph Street Triple 765 / R / S / RS (2017–present)

Parts include: belly pan, front fender, rear hugger, radiator side covers, frame covers, V-panels, side panels, heel guards, instrument panel surround, sprocket cover, clutch cover, alternator cover, electric cover, number plate mount / tail tidy, swingarm covers, fly screen, tank pad.

The 2022 RS updated its swingarm geometry and bodywork profile. Hugger, radiator covers and frame cover for 2022+ require model-year confirmation at time of order.

A full Street Triple 765 carbon fiber body kit covering belly pan, fenders, hugger, side panels and tank covers can provide a significant bodywork weight reduction depending on the parts selected and specification.

Triumph Speed Triple Carbon Fiber Parts

Triumph Speed Triple 1050 / 1050 R (2011–2020)

Parts include: rear hugger, front fender, belly pan, heel plates, exhaust heat shield, sprocket cover, clutch cover, swingarm covers, chain guard, tank pad, number plate mount. The heel plates are cross-compatible with Street Triple 765 R/S 2017–2019, as both models share the same footpeg assembly.

Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS / 1200 RR (2021–present)

The 1200 platform has revised engine bay width, updated bodywork and suspension geometry compared to the 1050, so model-specific tooling or sample confirmation is required. Parts include: belly pan, front fender, rear hugger, side panels, tank covers, exhaust heat shield, number plate mount / tail tidy.

The 1200 RR (2022+) has a café racer cockpit fairing in addition to the naked RS bodywork. We can supply both RS naked bodywork and RR cockpit fairing components — confirm the variant when enquiring.

Why Work With a Carbon Fiber Parts Factory

Most online shops sell Triumph carbon fiber accessories from fixed catalogues. For brands, distributors and custom motorcycle builders, a factory-direct OEM/ODM supplier provides capabilities that resellers cannot:

  • Develop parts for specific Triumph models not covered by standard catalogues — including newer platforms such as the Daytona 660
  • Adjust weave direction, finish, wall thickness and mounting hardware
  • Create private label products with your branding and part numbering
  • Control quality from tooling through to final inspection
  • Scale from prototype samples to serial batch production
  • Access factory-direct pricing without distributor margins

Beyond Triumph, we manufacture carbon fiber parts across a wide range of motorcycle brands. View our full carbon fiber motorcycle parts catalogue for other makes and models. We also produce carbon fiber car parts for automotive OEM and aftermarket applications.

Fitment Verification

For parts produced from existing tooling, we check key mounting points, edge trimming and reference fitment before shipment. If your project requires strict OEM bolt-on fitment, please provide the exact model year and photos of the original installation area before ordering. For new tooling projects, we arrange sample review and approval before progressing to batch production.

Quality Control

Each Triumph carbon fiber part is inspected before shipment according to order requirements.

Standard inspection covers:

  • Surface appearance and weave consistency
  • Gloss or matte finish uniformity
  • Edge trimming quality
  • Hole position accuracy
  • Dimensional check against reference where applicable
  • Packaging condition before freight dispatch

For OEM/ODM projects, sample approval is arranged before mass production. Where specific tolerances are required, provide engineering drawings or technical specifications at the quotation stage.

FAQ: Triumph Carbon Fiber Parts

Can you make custom Triumph carbon fiber parts if we only have the original plastic part?

Yes. We develop carbon fiber parts from original plastic samples, 3D scan data or 3D CAD files. Original samples are the most reliable starting point for accurate fitment.

STEP or STP files are preferred for engineering review and tooling development. If 3D files are not available, we can work from original samples, drawings, photos or scan data. Contact us with what you have and we will advise on the best approach

Yes. The Daytona 660 is a newer platform and we are developing tooling for this model. Contact us with your specific part requirement and we will advise on current tooling status and sample lead time.

Yes. We offer carbon/Kevlar composite weaves in standard Kevlar (yellow), red Kevlar and blue Kevlar. These provide better impact resistance than pure carbon fiber and a distinctive two-tone visual appearance. Popular for heel guards, fly screens, handguards and number plate brackets.

A fly screen — also called a flyscreen — is a small café racer-style screen mounted above or around the headlight on a naked bike. It provides minimal wind deflection and a visual accent. Carbon fiber fly screens are popular for the Street Triple, Thruxton, Bonneville and Bobber. A windscreen is a larger screen on fully-faired models such as the Daytona.

V-panels are the triangular or V-shaped carbon fiber inserts that sit between the frame tubes and engine bay on naked bikes such as the Street Triple and Speed Triple. They replace the OEM plastic infill panels and are one of the most visually noticeable detail upgrades on these models.

Yes. Carbon fiber number plate mounts — also called licence plate brackets or tail tidy units — are available for Street Triple, Speed Triple, Daytona, Rocket 3 and other Triumph models. These replace the OEM mudguard-mounted bracket with a minimal undertail or side-mount unit.

Yes. We can supply a complete carbon fiber body kit covering all major fairing and bodywork panels in a matched weave and finish. For a Street Triple 765 or Speed Triple, a full kit typically includes belly pan, front fender, rear hugger, side panels, tank covers, heel guards and seat cowl.

Yes. We manufacture and develop carbon fiber parts for Triumph Bobber, Bobber Black and Bobber TFC including front fender, rear fender, side panels, headlight bowl, number plate mount, reservoir covers and custom accessories.

Dry carbon prepreg uses an autoclave process for controlled curing — it generally produces better resin distribution, lower void content and more consistent results. Wet carbon or vacuum infusion is more cost-effective and suitable for many aftermarket decorative and structural parts. Both are genuine carbon fiber.

Yes. We support OEM/ODM, wholesale supply and private label production for motorcycle parts brands, distributors, dealerships and tuning shops. Custom packaging and part numbering are available from agreed minimum quantities.

MOQ depends on part size, tooling cost, process and project type. For parts with existing tooling, smaller batch orders may be possible. For new tooling development, MOQ is discussed alongside tooling investment and expected order volume. Contact us with your project details for a specific structure.

Lead time depends on part complexity and number of molds required. We confirm specific timelines at the quotation stage after reviewing the part and production requirements.

Yes. We can develop new tooling from original samples, 3D scan data or CAD files for discontinued platforms including earlier Speed Triple 1050 variants, pre-2013 Daytona 675, Sprint ST/RS, Thunderbird and other models where original parts are available for reference.

Most of our Triumph carbon fiber parts are cosmetic or protective aftermarket accessories. However, road-use regulations vary by country and region. Customers should confirm local compliance requirements before installation, especially for number plate mounts, exhaust-area components, lighting proximity and any parts that may affect vehicle type-approval in their market.
