Don’t see your model? Contact us — if you can supply a sample part or 3D scan data, we can evaluate tooling development for your Bentley platform.

Custom Development: From Sample, Photo or 3D File

We accept four types of input for new Bentley tooling development:

Physical Sample Ship us an OEM or aftermarket part. We 3D-scan, build a master model, produce the mold, and deliver carbon fiber samples for your approval. Timeline: 25–45 days from sample receipt.

3D File (STEP / IGES / STL) The fastest path. We go directly to CNC mold production from confirmed CAD data. Timeline: usually 25–40 days to first sample, depending on part size, mold complexity and surface finish requirements. Small trim parts may be faster.

Photos and Measurements Workable for simpler flat components — front lips, mirror covers, trim strips. Requires 8–10 reference angles and real-world panel measurements. More revision cycles than scan-based development.

Live Vehicle Measurement For distributors with a Bentley on-site, we can arrange supervised fitment scanning. Contact us to discuss logistics.

Manufacturing Options

Dry Carbon / Prepreg Autoclave Prepreg fabric cured in an autoclave at controlled heat and pressure. Highest fiber-to-resin ratio, lowest weight, best mechanical properties. Recommended for hoods, door shells, and structural panels where weight reduction is a priority. Typical weight saving: 30–40% vs wet carbon equivalent.

Wet Carbon / Vacuum Infusion Hand layup with vacuum bag consolidation. Most cost-effective for production volumes of 20+ units. Class-A surface finish achievable with proper tooling and approved surface standard. The standard process for body kit components: front lips, side skirts, diffusers, rear spoilers, interior trim.

Forged Carbon Chopped carbon fiber strands compression-molded under high pressure. Produces a distinctive random-directional fiber pattern — visually different from woven carbon. Ideal for interior trim panels, gear surrounds, and detail accent pieces that require complex 3D shapes.

Weave Options 3K 2×2 Twill · 3K Plain Weave · 12K Twill · Spread Tow · Carbon-Kevlar Hybrid

Surface Finish Options Gloss clear coat · Matte / satin clear coat · Painted to OEM color · Exposed weave (no coat) · Forged carbon gloss

Why Work With Our Factory

  • OEM/ODM manufacturing: We produce under your brand, neutral packaging, or private label — no branding unless you request it
  • Small batch and custom production: No fixed high MOQ; sample orders accepted; production runs from 5–10 units upward
  • Fitment accuracy: All tooling developed against physical sample or verified 3D data — not estimated from photos alone
  • Export experience: Regular shipments to Europe, Middle East, North America and Australia; full documentation support
  • Direct factory communication: Engineering, tooling, production and QC are handled by our in-house manufacturing team
  • QC before shipment: Inspection against approved sample standard on every batch

Quality Control

Every part is inspected before shipment:

  • Dimensional inspection against master template or approved first-article sample
  • Visual check according to the approved sample standard, including pinholes, delamination, weave distortion, resin marks and orange-peel issues
  • Clear coat thickness measured at multiple points
  • All fixing holes and mounting brackets verified for alignment
  • Each part weighed and logged against batch standard (±5% tolerance)
  • Batch inspection reports available on request for OEM/ODM orders

Packaging and Shipping

Bentley carbon fiber parts are individually foam-wrapped and poly-bagged. Body kit components ship in reinforced cardboard or wooden crates depending on destination and part size. Export terms available: EXW, FOB Ningbo, DDP. Carton markings customizable for private-label programs.

FAQ

Do you have Bentley carbon fiber parts in stock?

Some commonly requested Continental GT and Bentayga parts may be available or previously developed, but most Bentley carbon fiber parts are made-to-order. Please send your model year and part photos so we can confirm availability.

Yes. Sample orders are the standard first step for new customers. Sample unit pricing is higher than production pricing as tooling costs are not amortized, but samples are the right way to verify fitment and finish before committing to volume.

No fixed MOQ for standard parts. Samples: 1 unit. Production runs: typically 5–10 units minimum depending on part type. Custom tooling development: discuss with our team based on project scope.

Wet carbon / vacuum infusion is the standard for body kit styling parts — it produces consistent Class-A finish at production volumes and is cost-effective. Dry carbon / prepreg is recommended when weight reduction is the primary objective, such as for a full carbon hood or door shell.

Yes. We can apply a primer base and color topcoat matched to OEM color codes. Specify when enquiring. Painted carbon fiber panels require the same care as any painted body panel.

Yes. Continental GT dashboard inserts, center console panels, and gear surrounds are among our most requested forged carbon applications. Tooling development from OEM sample: approximately 30–40 days.

Yes, but development requires a physical OEM sample as accurate scan data is not available for older platforms (Arnage, Azure, Continental R). If you can supply the original part, we can develop tooling.

Please send the Bentley model and year, part name, installation position, quantity, finish requirement, photos of the vehicle or original part, and 3D files if available. For custom projects, STEP or IGES files help us confirm mold feasibility and pricing more accurately.
