The third-generation GSX1300R Hayabusa introduced an updated body design with wider winglets, revised heat shield layout, and new side panel geometry. For Gen 3 projects, we can manufacture:
For heat shield parts, surface finish options include standard 3K twill, plain weave, forged carbon, or honeycomb-style decorative surface, depending on project requirements.
A full carbon fiber body kit for the Suzuki Hayabusa typically includes multiple panels manufactured to work together as a set. We can produce individual replacement parts or multi-part body kit sets, including:
Body kit sets can be manufactured in matching weave direction and surface finish to maintain visual consistency across all panels. We recommend customers provide original parts, 3D scan data, or CAD files when ordering full body kit projects to ensure panel alignment and mounting point accuracy.

3K Twill Weave is the most common choice for motorcycle fairings. The diagonal crossing pattern is visually striking and suitable for both road and show bikes. Available in gloss or matte finish.
Plain Weave has a tighter, more uniform grid appearance. It is used by some OEM manufacturers and is preferred by builders who want a lower-profile visual style.
Forged Carbon Fiber uses chopped carbon fiber strands in a resin matrix, pressed in a mold. The result is a unique random-pattern surface that varies between each part. The final weight depends on part thickness, resin content, and compression process, but forged carbon is often selected for its distinctive appearance and ability to form complex shapes.
12K Weave uses thicker fiber tows (12,000 filaments per tow vs 3,000 for 3K), producing a larger visible weave pattern. Often used for larger panels where visual boldness is preferred.

Not all carbon fiber motorcycle products are made with real carbon fiber composite materials. It is important to understand the difference:
Real carbon fiber parts are manufactured using carbon fiber fabric and resin (prepreg or wet layup), cured under heat and pressure. They provide genuine weight reduction, improved stiffness, and a real woven carbon fiber surface. Our Hayabusa fairings, fenders, tank covers, and structural parts are manufactured with real carbon fiber.
Carbon-look accessories use vinyl film, printed patterns, or ABS plastic with a carbon-look surface coating. These do not reduce weight or improve stiffness. They are suitable for decorative protection applications such as heel guards or trim film.
For the heel protection foil product listed on this page, we note that this is a carbon-look protective film, not a structural carbon fiber part. All other fairings, fenders, and body panels we supply are manufactured with real carbon fiber composite materials.
For premium Hayabusa carbon fiber parts, we use prepreg autoclave curing. For cost-sensitive or larger body panels, vacuum infusion, wet layup, or compression molding can also be selected depending on the project requirements. The typical autoclave process for motorcycle fairings and structural panels proceeds as follows:
For larger volume orders or parts with complex geometry, compression molding (hot press) is also available and discussed during project quotation.
Our team has manufactured carbon fiber motorcycle parts for sport bikes, racing bikes, custom builds, and aftermarket replacement projects. Common motorcycle projects include front fenders, side fairings, rear huggers, tank covers, winglets, air ducts, and heat shield panels.
For motorcycle body panels, the most important quality points are fitment accuracy, surface consistency, hole position, edge trimming, and clear coat durability. During production, we pay particular attention to weave direction alignment, left/right part matching for paired panels, mounting point accuracy, and protective packing for international shipments.
Projects handled by our team range from single custom parts for individual builders to multi-thousand-unit annual programs for established aftermarket brands. For the Suzuki Hayabusa specifically, common requests include Gen 3 winglet sets, full heat shield kits for 2021–2025 models, tank cover replacements, and multi-panel body kit projects where consistent weave direction across all parts is required.
Accurate fitment is the most common concern for aftermarket carbon fiber motorcycle parts. We address this through the following:
Fitment accuracy:
Pre-shipment quality inspection includes:
We support OEM, ODM, and private-label carbon fiber projects for motorcycle aftermarket brands, tuning workshops, importers, and custom motorcycle builders. What we can support:
To request a quotation, please provide:
We will respond with a quotation including unit price, tooling cost (if new mold required), lead time, and sample availability.
Yes. We can support carbon fiber part manufacturing for Gen 1, Gen 2, and Gen 3 Hayabusa models, depending on existing mold availability or customer-supplied original parts, CAD files, or 3D scan data. Gen 1 (1999–2007), Gen 2 (2008–2020), and Gen 3 (2021–2025+) all have different body panel geometry, so please specify the model year when requesting a quotation.
Yes. For the Gen 3 GSX1300R Hayabusa, we can manufacture winglets, heat shields, side panels, tank covers, mirror covers, front air intake covers, tail fairings, frame covers, and radiator covers. Heat shield options include standard twill weave, forged carbon, and honeycomb surface styles.
Yes. We can manufacture a multi-part carbon fiber body kit for the Suzuki Hayabusa, including fairings, fenders, tank covers, side panels, belly pan, rear hugger, and tail parts. For full body kit projects, we recommend supplying original parts or 3D scan data to ensure panel alignment and consistent fitment across all pieces.
We offer 3K twill weave, plain weave, 12K weave, and forged carbon (random fiber pattern). Surface finish options are gloss clear coat, matte clear coat, and satin clear coat. Honeycomb-style decorative surface is also available for heat shield and specific panel applications.
For premium parts, we use prepreg carbon fiber cured in an autoclave at approximately 120–135°C and 5–6 bar pressure. This produces a higher fiber-to-resin ratio, fewer voids, better surface consistency, and more predictable mechanical properties compared to standard wet layup or vacuum bag-only processes. For cost-sensitive applications, we also offer wet layup and vacuum infusion options — please specify your requirements when requesting a quotation.
We mainly support OEM manufacturers, ODM projects, aftermarket brands, tuning shops, distributors, and custom motorcycle builders. For parts with existing molds, small-quantity orders may be supported depending on the part. Please contact us to check availability and minimum order requirements.
Please send your bike model year, required part list, target quantity, finish requirements, and any reference files (photos, CAD, STEP, or 3D scan data). We will respond with pricing, lead time, and tooling cost if a new mold is required.
For finished parts, we can apply UV-resistant 2K clear coat in gloss, matte, or satin finish. This protects the carbon fiber surface and resin from yellowing or degradation caused by prolonged UV exposure.
